Organization name:
Logical Formula MTÜ

Background
Logical Formula MTÜ is a non-profit organization registered in Estonia in 2025, operating in the field of IT with a mission to protect public safety through intelligent digital tools that serve people — not corporations.
The organization was founded on the conviction that fast, intelligent information processing systems require independent expert oversight and community control. A year of practical research into the logic of smart systems revealed a systemic threat: the algorithms and machine libraries offered by major technology companies are neither neutral nor independent. The market resembles a situation where one player controls the casino while all others are minor intermediaries without real alternatives — leaving the information security of millions dependent on the interests of a few. Logical Formula MTÜ was established to build an independent alternative.
Existing Products (Track Record)
Within one year, the organization participated in the development of and obtained distribution rights for the following products:
Gaz Keyslink
A cross-platform plugin for Joomla, Drupal and WordPress that converts the '¤' symbol and following characters into active navigational links — functioning as a hashtag system. This is an original technical innovation with no prior equivalent on the Joomla platform. Critically, Gaz Keyslink is a foundational infrastructure tool: any developer wishing to build a social network on Joomla must use it as a base layer. The organization already owns this key technology.
Browser Knopar LF (Android)
A lightweight Android browser developed under a worldwide people's license, featuring three innovations absent from any existing browser: (1) saving text fragments with source URL and timestamp; (2) creating personal notes linked to those fragments; (3) an 'Analysis' button on the top panel that intercepts, records and allows download of all data collection requests made by open tabs — including digital fingerprinting attempts. Users can see exactly who is collecting what from their device.
Teest Classic — Test Constructor
A test-building platform with a licensing system allowing anyone to create, manage and download test results without registration. Valuable for education, HR, sociology and public research. A live demo is available at: https://logicalformula.com/4elovek5/peoples-test-system/demo-test
Each of these products carries significant scaling potential. Together they form the infrastructure of digital independence — returning to users control over their data, their navigation and their knowledge.
2. PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Project Title
People's Social Network — Open Platform for Digital Independence
Duration & Budget
Phase 1: 6 months · Budget: €50,000
Phase 2 (subsequent application): 6 months · Budget: €45,000
Problem Statement
Trust in social networks has collapsed across Europe. Research shows that the more Europeans use social media, the less they trust institutions. Over 49–60% of users in multiple EU countries experience media fatigue. Despite GDPR Article 20 guaranteeing every EU citizen the right to receive their data in a structured, machine-readable format, practical implementation remains minimal. Corporate platforms collect, monetize and control user data — users have no real ownership.
At the same time, the market for open-source social platforms built on established CMS systems (Joomla, WordPress, Drupal) remains underdeveloped. There is no competitive, transparent, user-owned alternative.
Project Concept
This project develops three parallel social networks simultaneously — on Joomla, WordPress and Drupal — in the format of an open public competition between platforms. All three share one core principle: the user owns their content and can download it entirely at any moment.
The three platforms compete publicly through monthly reports covering development progress, feature releases and community engagement. This competition format generates organic interest among developers, analysts and users — attracting participants who understand that 'weak' platforms often have the strongest specialists behind them.
Monthly open competitions (prize fund: €1,000/month) invite developers to create plugins, modules and code segments needed by the platforms. The organization's own products — Gaz Keyslink and Teest Classic — are integrated and demonstrated within the platforms, creating mutual promotion between products and networks.
Core Mission
Beyond the technical goal, the project carries an educational and social mission: to demonstrate that managing large websites and information systems is accessible to any person. The project shows — in open, real time — how transparent systems are built and governed. This approach is designed to attract a new generation of young, high-caliber specialists who are seeking an alternative to the corporate development model.
Technical Approach
The project leverages Gaz Keyslink — the organization's own foundational plugin — as the infrastructure backbone for the Joomla-based network. This gives the project a strategic advantage from day one: the key technology is already owned and battle-tested.
All three platforms will support automatic multilingual interfaces — adapting to the language of the user's device. Priority is given to the most widely spoken languages globally, making the platforms accessible without language barriers from launch.
Messenger functionality is explicitly excluded from Phase 1. Secure messaging requires dedicated security architecture and development time. Phase 1 goal: social network as an information bank — a place where users store and fully own their content.
Development Geography
Development is conducted in a mobile project office format. The team operates from temporary project bases in European capitals — approximately 2–3 months per location — covering EU member states as well as Switzerland, Sweden and Norway. Each location enables direct engagement with local developer communities and stakeholders. All accommodation is contracted as Corporate Housing Agreements in the name of the NGO under 'Project Accommodation Services'.
Expected Results — Phase 1 (6 months)
- Three publicly accessible working prototypes of social networks on Joomla, WordPress and Drupal
- Core data portability feature implemented: users can download all their content at any time
- Six monthly public competition rounds completed, with documented results
- Six monthly progress reports published
- Integration of Gaz Keyslink and Teest Classic demonstrated within the platforms
- Target audience reach: initial user base building begins in month 5–6
Realistic user projection: 500–1,000 users per platform by end of Phase 2 (month 12). The first six months are dedicated to building functional prototypes and earning trust. Meaningful audience growth begins only when platforms meet baseline social network standards — estimated from month 7 onward.
